Data Deletion

Daily Mass Companion is designed to be privacy-first. We do not require accounts, and the data you create in the app (bookmarks, notes, and reading plan progress) is stored locally on your device only. This page explains how to delete any data associated with our Services.

1. Deleting Data Stored in the App

Your bookmarks, personal notes, and reading plan progress never leave your device. To permanently delete this data, you can:

• Delete individual items directly within the app, or
• Uninstall the app, which permanently removes all locally stored data

2. Deleting Analytics Data

We collect only anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics. You can stop this collection at any time in Settings → Personal → “Help Improve This App”. To request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device, email us using the address below and include your device type and approximate dates of use so we can locate and remove it.

3. Facebook & Instagram Data

We use Meta Platforms only to publish our own content to the official Daily Mass Companion Facebook Page and Instagram account. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to people who view or interact with our posts. If you interacted with our content through Facebook or Instagram and wish to remove that interaction, please use the controls provided within Facebook or Instagram, or contact us and we will assist where possible.
